The C.B.C. company was born in Vignola (MO) in 1979, when the Corticelli brothers - Valter and Ernesto - decided to set up a new company.

They started working in the assistance and maintenance sector for the slaughtering and metallic carpentry sectors (the second one is no longer available) thanks to their long experience in both sectors. During the years, other members of their family joined their project.


Their constant commitment led the company to grow up constantly. In 1996, due to the need of a lager area, the company moved to Castelnuovo Rangone (MO) in the new food-industry area. Firstly, the firm covered a surface equal to 800 square metres. This enabled us to undertake the activity of selling second-hand equipment and machinery.

In 2002, Ernesto left the company and Valter remained the unique pioneer of the project. Today he still is the managing director of his company.

During the years, it was necessary to enlarge our surface, covering today 3000 square metres, the greatest part of which is used as a warehouse for the second-hand equipment and machinery for the meat processing industry.

Our long experience has enabled us to start enduring relationships with costumers and suppliers, working in the spare part sector for many of the best brands available. On request, we can also purchase new machinery and equipment on behalf of our costumers.
